CURRENTLY AVAILABLE EGGS!
- Our free-range hens produce some of the finest brown eggs in Onondaga County. Our eggs have strong shells, firm golden yolks, and are extremely fresh. A dozen ungraded eggs (most are size large) is $3.00. They are available at the farm. Choose a time when we are apt to be home (Saturdays are fine) or call ahead to arrange a pick-up time. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE MEATS
CHICKEN - Our chickens are allowed to wander the pasture during the day and are served a locally milled non-medicated grain mix. At night they are penned up to protect them from the local predator population. Fresh chickens are available on select Saturdays after noon. Upcoming dates are:
BEEF - Our cows are grass and hay fed from untreated fields and hay. Cows that are milked may be given a small quantity of certified organic grain during their milking. Our beef cows receive no hormones or routine antibiotics, although mother cows have occasionally been given antibiotics for treatment of infection.

PORK - Our pigs were raised out of doors. Sometimes they are able to eat pasture and other times they have the pasture brought to them. Their daily ration includes locally produced grain, day old bakery and kitchen scraps, and excess milk from the milk cows.

Fresh hams - $4.50 / lb.
Smoked hams - $5.25 / lb.
Fresh ham slices - 1 per package - $4.50 / lb.
Side Pork - $4.50 / lb.
Hot Italian sausage - .9 lb. - $5.50 each
